From cybersecurity to climate tech, health and advanced technologies, new fields are emerging and the skills Europe needs are evolving with them.

But the opportunities to learn and work in STEM are not easily accessible to everyone.

Nearly 80% of EU SMEs struggle to find workers with STEM skills relevant to areas such as ICT, AI and quantum computing.
